Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund.
Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the artwork and packaging so our team can assist you promptly.
Handmade Artwork Policy
Every Wehari artwork is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using paper, leather, wood, and other carefully selected materials.
Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in texture, layering, color tones, and artistic details may naturally occur. These subtle differences are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of handmade art and are not considered defects.
Custom Orders
Custom sizes, custom colors, and personalized artworks are made specifically for each customer.
For this reason, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Damage Protection
All artworks are carefully packaged and fully insured during transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of:
• The artwork
• The packaging
• The shipping carton
Once verified, we will arrange either:
• A complimentary replacement
or
• A full refund
at no additional cost.
Returns for Standard Sizes
For non-custom artworks, return requests may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The artwork must be unused and in its original condition
• The artwork must be returned in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
