To ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition, we use professional art packaging designed specifically for international shipping.
Acrylic Protection & Reinforced Packaging
For all handcrafted textured artworks, we first protect the artwork with a transparent acrylic cover to prevent dust, pressure, and surface damage during transit.
Each piece is then secured with:

Every Wehari artwork is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using paper, leather, wood, and other carefully selected materials.
Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in texture, layering, color tones, and artistic details may naturally occur. These subtle differences are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of handmade art and are not considered defects.
Custom Orders
Custom sizes, custom colors, and personalized artworks are made specifically for each customer.
For this reason, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Damage Protection
All artworks are carefully packaged and fully insured during transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of:
